Services Rendered

• Web Development Services: You will be qualified for the revision rounds included in your package should you find the first build offered unsatisfactory. Should you still find the work unsatisfactory after the included revisions, you may be qualified for a partial refund depending on the state of the work done.
• Website Maintenance & Support: Refunds for completed and delivered fixes are not offered once the work has gone live, but we provide corrections within the parameters of your service agreement.
• Any single service listed on our site: Tell us within 7 days if a delivered item does not satisfy the brief as agreed. We will try to revise it or provide a partial refund depending on the effort done.

Demand for a Refund

You have to let us know in writing at admin@dynamicsiteforge.com within the designated period asking for a refund. Please provide your name, order number, and a statement of the problem.
